THE Dress – one dress, two countries

I love visiting the Lifestyle stores in India – I make sure not to miss a visit to that store everytime I am in India. It is a multi-brand store with options to buy Western as well as Indian clothes – various brands including AND, Globaldesi, Neeru’s, W, Biba etc.

During my visit in December, I went to the Lifestyle stores in Bangalore. I did end up shopping a few pieces, but this particular dress was a hit. I loved the design, color, style, length and perfect of all was the fit! When I picked it off the rack to try it out, I was secretly praying in my head that it should fit me, cos I loooovved it 🙂 and am so glad it did!

This beautiful dress is from Neeru’s India. Off the shelf, INR 4500/- approx.

I believe it is THE Dress for me, made for me – no alterations, so perfect… I absolutely love it! It has a high-low length, short in the front and long in the back and the flair is just right 🙂

I first wore it in Dubai/Abu Dhabi and to my visit to Sheikh Zayed Mosque, paired with tassel earrings. I felt this dress required a dedicated post, similar to that of my beautiful H&M dress (read here). So wore it again for a photoshoot with the photographer duo @sharasclickz. We chose a nice location in the open deck at Vivocity.. it was raining that day, but we ended up capturing some nice moments.
